Corporate Profile

Decuple Limited was registered as a private company with limited liability on 19^th October, 2018 under the Companies Act, 2015 with focus on general business and investment.

Board of Directors

The company’s policy making decisions are made by the Board of Directors during board meetings. The Board is composed of nine directors with three being executive and running the day to day activities of the company, and six non-executives. For more detailed analysis of proposals and reports, the Board has created the Strategy and Investment, Governance and Welfare, and Audit and Risk Committees. The company has employed staff to manage the on-farm activities.

Management

Day to day management is run by the executive comprising the Managing Director, Finance Director, and Corporate Services Director who also doubles up as the Company Secretary. At the farm level the company has hired a Farm Manager who coordinates the day to day farm management activities.

Our Current Project

Hass Avocado Seedlings – We set up a nursery at Chebarus in Mois Bridge in October, 2019 and a total of 120,000 seedlings potted on an acre of land. The root stock was sourced from Kisii, Nairobi and Machakos. Grafting was done in January, 2020 with scions sourced from Embu.
